Swingy Floral Top & Lace-Up Wedges

Today, I want to talk about one of my new favorite companies. Well, to be honest, I’ve been a member of JustFab for a while now, but haven’t really purchased much until recently. I’ve had not great experiences with companies like these before, the monthly membership for clothing & accessories type. Fabletics was so touchy with quality and sizing, Jewelmint started sending items that totally weren’t my style and would fall apart after only a few wears… Anyway, I decided to give JustFab another chance after catching glimpses of cute shoes and bags that other bloggers or influencers were wearing.
I’ve been really impressed with the quality of the shoes especially. From these 90’s-tastic platforms to on-trend lace-up flats to these gorgeous laser-cut wedges, all pairs I would have expected to pay more than $40 for. The flats I’ve seen from many other brands at upwards of $200, and these are comfy and cute. For my next purchase, I’ve got my eye on these comfy faux suede, stacked heel sandals. So on trend right now, and just $40 with free shipping.
For my look today, I just wanted carefree, unadulterated springiness. Floral prints are a give in, but I’m loving these vibrant blue tones, paired with neutrals in the sandals and clutch.

Hello loves!
Sad news to report… Mark and I were still so sick over the weekend that we had to miss the Natural Products West Expo 🙁 yesterday. I haven’t missed this event since I started attending, I believe 7 years ago! It’s where I learn about all of the amazing new products from natural skincare brands, tasty organic food, and exciting new makeup lines.
Since I was unable to attend this year, I had my proxy, my mother, stop by all of the beauty brands and report back! She owns a gift basket business, so she was also there checking out things for her store, but was kind enough to grab some palettes, skincare items, and lip colors for me to review. As soon as I’ve tested everything out, I will definitely be posting my thoughts and pictures on here!
Today’s look is a perfect mix of laid-back and glammed up. I’m loving airy, crossover blouses and ripped-knee jeans for summer, and paired with slick black accessories, this outfit is taken from pretty casual to date-night worthy. The lower neckline is the perfect backdrop to highlight this gorgeous lariat necklace from Gorjana, by way of Rocksbox. Colorful Casual Summer Look

Hello loves!
I hope everyone is doing well. I’m still deep in my sickness, Mark and I both! We’ve basically been pretty useless around the house, except for the bare minimum to keep things going, making it to work, etc. I’m very much hoping to have it be gone by this weekend. We have the Natural Products Expo West coming up, and I wouldn’t miss it for much. It’s where I learn about all sorts of new products in the “natural” world, from makeup and skincare to protein bars and pasta sauce, and everything in between. This will be my first time attending as media, which is also super exciting!
My outfit here features even more cute items from BohoCheri, this colorful kimono and graphic bag. I’m obsessed with this tote bag that can come with me anywhere from a date to shopping to the farmer’s market. I love that the pattern is interesting and attention-grabbing yet can go with almost any outfit I pair it with.

Anthropologie Top & Black Skinnies

DFT- Lipstick Picks - 13 I’ve been asked before where I would shop if I had an endless budget for my wardrobe. The store that always flashes to mind is Anthropologie. They have such a gorgeous collection of printed dresses, embellished blouses, midi skirts and fancy footwear (not to mention their home décor!), I don’t think I would ever get tired of shopping there. Spending $328 on a dress isn’t really where I’m at right now in life, just being honest, so I rarely walk out with a shopping bag after a lap around the store.
The one area where I really shine though, is finding a deal! I recently (like last week!) found some amazing pieces on the Anthropologie website, including this crochet-neckline striped/floral tee. Yes, there’s a lot going on, but in a black & white palette, it totally works. Keeping it simple with black skinnies and ankle-strap flats, this is the perfect casual chic look I’ve been gravitating towards. Read on for the rest of the outfit and my picks from the sale!
