Cobalt Floral Midi OOTD

Love love love this super colorful look! The heels are nice and comfortable and still give me a bit of height, and the skirt has that lovely excess of fabric that makes me want to twirl around while walking down the street.. Which might garner me some odd looks, so I’ll probably restrain, but I can still picture it! I would love to be able to wear this to work, but they have this dumb (in my opinion) rule about not wearing t-shirts, no matter how dressed up they are, so I’ll save it for running errands and brunch.

Shoshanna Maxi Dress OOTD

Can you say spring princess moment?! Because that’s for sure what I felt like as soon as I slid in to this silk maxi dress from Shoshanna. I received it from Rent the Runway with the tags still on it and fell in love with it’s vibrant print right away. I wore it to work and got so many compliments on it that I am totally thinking of renting it again in a couple of months for a warm-weather event.

Bike Classic OOTD

Every year, the city of Redlands hosts the Annual Bike Classic, and thousands of people descend upon the downtown area for food vendors, offerings from the local bike shops and, of course, to watch the adrenaline-filled races from the sidewalk. It’s a pretty fun weekend activity, one that I’ve been partaking in as long as I can remember. This year, I had just happened upon this bicycle-print scarf on Amazon, after seeing it on Pretty Little Liars (one of my favorite shows, yes, it’s juvenile, but I don’t really care haha!) I thought, what a perfect opportunity to wear the spirited accessory, so thanks to Prime shipping, I got it two days later and voila! It was the perfect topper to my casual outfit.

Purple and Mint OOTD

I’ve had this necklace from eBay (in the style of J.Crew) for about 4 months and have worn it all of once so far! It’s dark purple and mint, which sounded like a great combo at the time, but I’ve actually found it quite difficult to pair up. I dug these jeans out of a pile of stuff I’d put away at the end of last summer, and they matched perfectly, hello casual Sunday outfit!
